PROCEDURE FOR CERTIFICATION OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS FOR COMPANIES

The Certification process for compliance with International business standards applies an audit process and infrastructure evaluations, operations center, specific programs, supervision, coaches, and standards applied to the processes of each organization.

1.- You must request certification through the application form of Certification for companies that can be found here.
  • You must fill in the application documents with specific, legible and true data
  • You must wait for the response from the corresponding area to start the evaluation.
2.- To start the evaluation of compliance with international standards you must have the following documentation.
  • Company heading by document issued by the competent authorities of each country.
  • Current operating authorization for the operations of the company issued by the competent authorities of each country
  • Have the company's infrastructure plans.
  • Annual occupational health and safety plan.
  • Certification of supervisors, teachers, instructors, coaches that make up the organization.
  • Copy of the certification or membership applied by ISOS, OSHAS, NFPA, ANSI, ASMENACB, EOTA, ASME, ISG, CAT, AENOR, EMAS, PMP, ITIL, ORACLE, IAF, PSI, CISSP, ENAC, UKAS, IQNET, CSQ .

3.- You must coordinate with the corresponding area the visit of a specialist auditor hosted in each country of application.
  • You must coordinate with the auditor the inspection of what is requested in section 2 of this procedure.
  • Audits can be immersed for an extended period of up to 15 months.
  • You must coordinate with the auditor the removal of the observations found during the audit.
  • Once the evaluation is approved, the auditor will issue a provisional certification certificate for compliance with international standards.
  • The auditor will send the report to the headquarters in Stockholm Sweden for evaluation.
  • The corresponding area will check the report issued by the auditor and send the current certification certificate that will be valid for 4 years prior to revalidation.
4.- Certification for compliance with standards.
  • Once the approval has been made, the certificate will be issued, which will be made known to the supporting countries.
  • A report will be sent to international certifiers on the compliance of your organization to the standards applied (only the corresponding report will be sent to the organization that applied the standard in compliance).
  • A code will be provided to the certified company that will be visible and published under our Certification, which can be verified without restrictions by any person worldwide.
5.- Recertification process.
  • A specialist auditor staying in the country of application will verify the corresponding documentation and compliance with the application.
  • The auditor will send a report for certification and the request could take up to 90 days to be processed.
  • Once the application is approved, another certification and another report will be reissued to the corresponding organization and the affiliated countries.
