The European Engineers Corporation was created in 1987, by a group of mining and civil engineers for the problematic and the high index of consecutive accidentalism in the operations, Under a board of delegates from countries such as Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Countries Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and the United States of America, Under the context and approval, compliance and contributions of standards and compliance were agreed upon, being guided by the specialists that would conform this organization, providing support and optimizing the knowledge of students and professionals, as well as compliance with standards in the organizations.
